Registration is now open for the 2007 Annual Conference in Richmond, VA! The dates are May 17-20, 2007. Below is all the information you need to register for the conference. Other updates will follow on speakers, the Friday night outing, and the schedule of events.

Registration Cost (CFEA Members)

$195.00 if your check is postmarked by March 23, 2007.

$225.00 if your check is postmarked after March 23 and before April 13, 2007.

$250.00 for checks postmarked after April 13 and before May 7, 2007.

Once you fill out the one-page form you will be instructed to mail in your registration fee to me. Please note, registration costs increase after March 23 so don’t delay. Send in your payment no later than March 23.

Refund Policy: Members canceling their paid annual conference registration before the registration deadline date shall be entitled to a full refund of the registration fee. Members canceling their paid annual conference registration during the period between 30 and seven days prior to the start of the conference shall be entitled to a refund of one-half of the registration fee. Members canceling their paid annual conference registration less than seven days prior to the start of the conference shall not be entitled to a refund, unless extenuating circumstances prompt the Board of Directors to approve such a refund.

Traveling to Richmond

You will want to fly into the Richmond International Airport (airport code: RIC). Plan on arriving in the afternoon on Thursday, May 17. Our first event will be a reception that evening at the hotel. A cab ride from the airport to the Omni will cost approximately $20.00 per cab. You can also schedule a ride with Groome Transportation by clicking here. Cost is approximately $16.00 per person, $23.00 for two people.

Staying at the Richmond Omni

After registering for the annual conference you will need to book your hotel room. Click here to visit the online hotel registration page for the Richmond Omni.
