Governance Task Force Proposal
Dear CFEA members,
A Governance Task Force was appointed last May to review the method by which we nominate and elect officers and directors and make recommendations for change if necessary. That committee has made a proposal, endorsed by the Board, and presents it here for your consideration.
- The proposed changes were received in writing (via e-mail) by the president and secretary on October 4, 2006.
- The proposed changes are being distributed by the president and secretary to the membership at least 30 days before (close of) voting, which will end December 6 at 2 PM Central time.
- A two-thirds vote of the member organizations is required in a (e)mail vote.
